Discover a more natural approach to health, where traditional wisdom, modern understanding, and nature’s medicines come together to help you make thoughtful choices for your well-being.
For more than two decades, I’ve worked at the intersection of traditional medicine, modern health science, and the natural world. My background in Chinese medicine and integrative health has taught me that there is tremendous value in the medicines and healing traditions that have been used for generations, but also tremendous value in understanding them through what we know today.
My work is rooted in curiosity. I want to know why something works, when it makes sense, and just as importantly, when it doesn’t. I believe good health education should give you more than recommendations. It should give you the knowledge to ask better questions, understand your options, and make choices that feel right for you.
That philosophy is at the heart of everything I teach, whether I’m exploring herbal medicine, nutrition, essential oils, acupuncture, or the health of the horses who have been such an important part of my work for more than twenty years.

Herbs, supplements, and nutrition offer an enormous world of possibilities, but knowing what something is supposed to do is only the beginning. Anavah Vale is a place to explore what these natural approaches are, how they work, what the research tells us, and how traditional use fits into what we know today.
